Trespassing – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

400 Capitol Ave
Officers responded to a report of a trespasser at a school. Responding officers arrived at the school and made contact with the principal of the school, who pointed out the location of the suspect. The suspect was detained and a computer check revealed that he had an arrest warrant out of San Mateo. The suspect was arrested.
Battery – Trespassing – Cited

200 Winston Dr
Officers responded to a report of a trespasser who had tackled a victim. Responding officers arrived on scene and located the suspect, a known suspect who had previously been warned not to return to the location, who was incoherent and aggressive. The victim declined to press charges and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
Robbery

900 Judah St
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that she had been walking and looking at her cell phone when several suspects pulled up in a vehicle next to her. One of the suspects exited the vehicle and demanded the victim’s property. The victim refused but the suspect pulled the victim’s cell phone away from her before immediately fleeing the area in the vehicle.
