Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration tab. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been expired since January 2019. The driver was cited.
Battery

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a DPW worker, stated that he had just parked his vehicle in a parking lot when the suspect walked by with a stroller and began to throw trash on to the floor. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect spat at him before walking away while continuing to throw more trash around.
