Battery

1700 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery at a gas station. The victim, an employee, stated that the suspect was observed pulling up to a gas pump and then leaving his car while he went across the street to a Target store. Shortly after, the suspect returned to his vehicle but did not purchase anything from the gas station. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect yelled at the victim before throwing a squeegee, multiple times, at the victim. The suspect then fled the area.
