Shooting Into a Vehicle

200 Orizaba Ave
Officers responded to a report of shots being fired during a road rage incident. The victim reported that the incident had occurred on a freeway near Tanforan where he may have accidentally cut off the suspect. Afterwards, the suspect began to tailgate him and forced the victim to slow down. The suspect then pointed a gun at the victim. The victim followed the suspect and the suspect stopped and fired his gun at the victim before driving off.  

Burglary – Arrested

1300 Noriega St
Officers responded to a burglary in progress. The witness, a Sunset Scavenger truck driver, stated that he observed broken glass that looked suspicious. Responding officers arrived and located the suspects, who were hiding behind a cash register, and detained them. After further investigation, it was determined that one suspect had an arrest warrant and both suspects were arrested.   

Carjacking with a Gun

800 Garfield St
Officers responded to a report of carjacking. The victim reported that he went to start his car while he waited for his wife when his door was suddenly opened and he was pulled out of his vehicle by the suspects. The suspects then punched and hit the victim, despite the witness attempting to stop the suspect. The witness, the victim’s wife, stated that one of the suspects also pointed a gun at her before punching her in her face and stealing her purse. The suspects then fled the area in the victim’s vehicle.
