Investigative Detention – Suspended Driver’s License – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a possible threat against security officers at Stonestown. The victim reported that the suspect was observed suspiciously peering into multiple vehicles and began to follow the suspect. The suspect responded by aggressively walking towards the victim and placing his hands into his waistband which caused the victim to back away. Responding officers located the suspect, who was in a vehicle, and a computer check revealed a suspended driver’s license and an arrest warrant out of Hayward. The suspect was arrested.

Officers were in the area when they were flagged down by the victim, a Stonestown security officer. The victim reported that the suspect had attempted to hit him with a belt earlier. Responding officers attempted to make contact with the suspect who immediately ran to a nearby MUNI bus and boarded it. However, the bus driver stopped the bus and the suspect was detained despite an attempt to pull away from the officers. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect attempting to break into vehicles before entering his vehicle and driving away. Responding officers located the suspect and conducted a traffic stop. A computer check on the suspect revealed an arrest warrant out of Amador County. Further investigation failed to reveal any victims related to this incident. The suspect was arrested for the warrant.

Search Warrant – Marijuana Sales – Marijuana Cultivating – Cited

Officers received information from neighbors that a suspect was selling marijuana in the area. Plain clothes TNT officers responded to the report and observed the suspect making multiple transactions with different people. A search warrant was obtained and a search of the suspect’s home revealed multiple packages of marijuana and marijuana plants at the location. The suspect was cited.
