Battery

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was cycling through the area on a bicycle when he was cut off by the suspect, who was driving a vehicle. An argument ensued between the victim and the suspect which resulted in the suspect punching the victim before driving away.
Warrant Arrest

200 West Portal Ave
Officers responded to a report of a suspect who was refusing to leave a store. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. A computer check revealed that the suspect had two arrest warrants with one out of San Francisco and the second out of Pleasanton. The suspect was arrested.
