Capitol Ave & Grafton Ave
Officers responded to a report of an altercation with a firearm. The victim reported that he had been on a MUNI bus when five to six suspects started to stare at him. When the suspects exited the bus, one of them elbowed the victim. The victim also exited the bus and confronted the suspect. Another suspect then arrived on a motorcycle and told the victim that he was going to rob him. The victim fought with the suspects but the victim fled when a suspect pointed a gun at him.

Officers responded to a report of an auto burglary. The victim reported that they were in their vehicle and stopped at a red light when a vehicle pulled up next to them and stopped. Two suspects suddenly exited the vehicle, broke a window in the victim’s vehicle and stole the victim’s backpack. The suspects then fled the area in their vehicle.
