Vandalism to Vehicle – Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an incident of vandalism. The victim reported that the suspect, despite a current restraining order, had been found inside the victim’s vehicle. The victim also reported that she had discovered new scratch marks after the incident. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
