Officers responded to a report of of a detained vandalism suspect. The witness stated that he had been speaking to the victim about his broken window when the suspect walked by. The witness asked the suspect if he knew anything about the broken window and the suspect responded by admitting he broke the window and then forcibly threw a glass bottle on to the ground. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
