Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect, who was wearing a clown mask, had initially walked past her without interacting with her. However, the suspect returned suddenly and yelled at the victim and her friends. The suspect then pushed the victim on her shoulder before fleeing. Responding officers located the suspect and cited him.
