Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle without a front license plate. The officers made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and observed two open containers of marijuana in plain sight. A search of the occupants revealed that one had a gun on him and a second occupant had an arrest warrant. After further investigation, two of the occupants were arrested and one was cited.
