Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she had been walking and observed a car slowly driving pass her before suddenly feeling something hit her neck. The victim stated that she believed that she had been hit with airsoft pellets. An exam of the victim revealed areas of mild swelling on her neck.
