400 West Portal Ave
Officers were on patrol in plain clothes and observed a suspect suspiciously walk up to multiple houses and looking into their mailboxes. The officers detained the suspect and found numerous pieces of mail in her possession with addresses belonging to multiple locations in the city. A computer check on the suspect revealed that she was on probation and had an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.
