Officers responded to a report of a battery at the gas station. The witness, an employee, reported that she had just taken the garbage out and was walking back when the suspect suddenly approached her before punching and hitting her. The witness stated that she recognized the suspect who had a history of causing trouble at the last station. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
