Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been intoxicated and was being helped home when he fell on to the ground and used a nearby vehicle to help himself back up. The victim stated that the owner of the vehicle immediately yelled at him for touching the vehicle and punched the victim’s face before walking away.
