Warrant Arrest – Arrested

17th Ave & Taraval St
Officers received information of a subject with an arrest warrant. Responding officers located the subject and arrested him.

Assault – Arrested
8:30 am
700 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that she had been waiting for the bus when the suspect walked up to her and suddenly hit her face. During the interview with the first victim, a second victim approached the officers and reported that she had also been slapped in the face for no reason by the suspect. The suspect was located and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.  

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Sloat Bvd & Great Hwy
Officers were on patrol in the area when a suspect was observed littering on the streets. The officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.

Stolen Vehicle – Arrested
9:21 am
500 Lakeview Ave
Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle and observed that the suspect was asleep inside the vehicle. The suspect was detained and an investigation revealed that the suspect was involved in the disposal of stolen vehicles. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.  

Brandishing a Weapon

Officers responded to a report of an incident of weapon brandishing. The victim, a store employee, stated that he had encountered the suspect on a previous occasion when the suspect had entered the store and remained inside without buying anything and had to be told to leave. Today, the suspect approached the store and yelled to the victim to come out of the store so that he could harm the victim. The suspect then lifted up his shirt to reveal a gun. The suspect then fled the area.
