Officers were on patrol and observed a known suspect, who had an arrest warrant, nearby. The officers detained the suspect and arrested him.
Stolen Vehicle

400 Bright St
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that was blocking a driveway. Responding officers located the vehicle and made contact with the suspect, who was inside the vehicle. After further investigation, it was revealed that the vehicle had been rented by the suspect but it was not returned back to the company when the rental period expired. The suspect was arrested.
