Officers were on patrol in the area and conducted a computer check on a vehicle which revealed that it’s registration had been expired since 2017 despite a 2019 tab affixed on the license plate. After further investigation, the driver was cited and the vehicle was towed.
Theft of a Bicycle – Possession of a Prohibited Weapon – Methamphetamine Offense – Arrested

Plain clothes officers were conducting bicycle theft abetment in the area and observed two suspects walking up to a bicycle and taking it. The officers followed the suspects and detained them. A search revealed methamphetamine and a concealed belt knife. The suspects were arrested.
