Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect, her roommate, had slapped her mistakenly believing that she had stolen a missing ring. The ring was later found and the suspect apologized to the victim for slapping her.

Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim, who was uncooperative, stated that he had suddenly been punched in the face but would not provide further information or details.
Shoplifting – Vandalism – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The witness, a store employee, reported that the suspect was observed using scissors to damage the anti-theft device on a merchandise cabinet and stealing the items inside. The suspect then immediately exited the store. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed that the suspect had two arrest warrants from Napa. The suspect was arrested.
Violation of a Court Order – Battery of a Police Officer – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect who was in violation of a court order. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check also revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested. While being transported in the police vehicle, the suspect then began spitting at the officers and also defecated in the backseat of the vehicle.
