Officers were on patrol in the area when a driver was observed talking to a phone that was held up to his ear. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a store employee, reported that the suspect had entered the store and attempted to steal some merchandise. The victim confronted the suspect and retrieved the items. The suspect responded by throwing an item at the victim before walking away.
