Officers were on patrol in the area when they were flagged down by the victim. The victim reported that she had been sitting her vehicle, which was parked, with her purse next to her on the passenger’s seat. The suspect suddenly ran towards her vehicle, opened the vehicle’s door and grabbed her purse. The victim attempted to retain her purse but was unable to do so. The suspect then fled the area with the victim’s property.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at a school. The witness reported that they had heard the sounds of breaking glass and when they went to investigate, they observed the suspect breaking multiple windows with an unknown object. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, it was determined that the suspect had broken over 10 windows. The suspect was cited.
