Officers were on patrol in the area and observed a subject with a known history. A computer check confirmed an active arrest warrant and the subject was arrested without incident.
Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a person with a knife. The victim, the property owner, reported that he was working when he observed multiple items had been left in shared laundry room by the suspect, a tenant. The victim asked the suspect to remove the items but the suspect responded angrily and threatened to kill the victim while holding a knife. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
