300 Summit St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been working in his garage when a vehicle suddenly drove up and blocked the victim’s driveway. The suspect then exited the vehicle and began smoking. The victim took a picture of the suspect’s license plate, which caused the suspect to respond angrily and yell at the victim. The suspect then pushed the victim and broke the victim’s cell phone before walking away.
