Officers responded to a report of an incident of indecent exposure. Responding officers located the suspect, who was walking on the sidewalk and holding on to an open bottle of wine. A computer check on the suspect revealed three arrest warrants. The suspect was arrested
Battery
5:55 pm
1800 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim reported that she and the suspect, who was known to her, had engaged in an argument while the suspect’s friends stood nearby. During the argument, the victim felt threatened and brought out her taser. The suspect responded by pepper spraying the victim before walking away with her friends.
Assault – Hit & run
5:10 pm
Funston Ave & Irving St
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had been riding his motorcycle when the suspect’s vehicle merged dangerously into his lane. The suspect immediately made an insulting gesture at the victim while the victim rode away from the suspect. The suspect followed the victim and pulled up next to the victim before repeating the rude gesture. The suspect then hit the victim’s motorcycle with his vehicle. Both the motorcycle and victim fell to the ground and the suspect drove away.
