Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim stated that she had been parked in front of the SF State library while working on her laptop. The first suspect suddenly reached through the vehicle’s window and snatched the laptop away from her, despite the victim struggling to hold on to it. A second suspect then reached into the vehicle and took her purse. Both suspects then fled the area with the stolen items.
