Battery

Irving St & 19th Ave
The victim entered Taraval Station to report a battery, which had occurred after a minor vehicle collision. The victim stated that they and the other driver had pulled over after the collision to exchange information. However, before the exchanged could occur, a passenger from the other vehicle exited the vehicle and punched the victim in the face. The driver and passenger then immediately fled the area in their vehicle. 

Driving Under the Influence of Drugs – Traffic Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the suspect, the driver of the reported vehicle, and observed that the driver had incoherent and slurred speech and eye redness. The driver exited the vehicle with an unsteady gait and failed multiple sobriety tests. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
