Brandishing a Weapon

Officers made contact with the victim, who reported that he had been driving when he observed two vehicles failing to stop at a nearby stop sign. The victim honked at the vehicles and a passenger in the second vehicle respond by pointing a gun at the victim before the second vehicle immediately drove away.  

Driving while Under the Influence

45th Ave & Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle which exited the roadway but continued to be driven in despite two deflated tires and a missing front bumper. Responding officers located the vehicle and made contact with the driver, the suspect, who was sweating and unable to keep his balance. After a failed a sobriety test, the suspect became hostile and resisted the officers. The suspect was later arrested.
