Officers responded to a report of a person with a knife. The victim reported that she had been using an electric plug to charge her laptop when the suspect approached her and started calling her derogatory names. The suspect then brandished a knife and threatened to kill the victim. The victim responded fearfully and hit the suspect with her cane. After investigating the incident, the responding officers arrested the suspect.
