Officers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim reported that he was walking and listening to music when the suspect was observed walking towards him. As the suspect walked nearer, he refused to give way to the victim and walked directly in front of the victim until they were face to face, despite the suspect not wearing a mask. The suspect then grabbed the victim’s arms and physically moved the victim off to the side and out of the suspect’s way. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
