Violation of a Protection Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect who had returned to the area, despite a protection order requiring the suspect to stay 50 yards away from the victim. The suspect had also been arrested for violating the same order several days earlier. The suspect was located and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
