The victims reported that they had to stop in the middle of parking their car, because their dogs needed to relieve themselves, when the suspect suddenly yelled out at them from a second story window of a nearby building. The suspect shouted that the victims had parked badly and that they needed to leave. During the argument that ensued afterwards, the victims reported that the suspect had displayed a handgun but kept it pointed at the floor. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
Carjacking

The victim reported that they had just finished parking his car when a known suspect approached him and demanded his car keys. The victim stated that he believed that the suspect had a gun after observing a suspicious bulge on the suspect’s hip. The suspect then drove off in the victim’s car after receiving the keys.
