Officers responded to a report of the sound of gunshots being heard in the area. The witness reported that she had been on the second level of her house when she heard a loud argument outside. The witness investigated and observed the suspect chasing after the victim shortly before seeing the suspect shoot at the victim, who was running away from the suspect. A search failed to locate the suspect or victim involved in the incident.
