Officers responded to a report of an incident of shoots being fired. The victim’s mother reported that the victim had told her that the suspect, who had been on good terms with the victim until recently, had just tried to shoot him. Responding officers located a security video of the incident for further investigation. At the completion of the report, there were no reports of injuries during this incident.

Officers were on patrol and observed a known subject with a current arrest warrant. The officers made contact with the subject and arrested him.

Winston Dr & 19th Ave
The victim, a security employee for Stonestown Mall, reported that the suspect had been randomly spitting at people and had to be escorted out. On the way off property, the suspect tore off a part of a nearby podium and caused damage to the item. Responding officers investigated the incident and discovered that the suspect had a current arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.
Public Health Violation – Resisting Arrest – Cited

Officers responded to a report that the suspect was refusing to wear a mask while on a MUNI bus. Responding officers made contact with the suspect who stated multiple times that he did not like wearing a mask and that COVID-19 was not real. After numerous refusals to wear a mask, the suspect was cited.
