Battery

200 Brighton Ave
Officer responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been showing the suspect, his mother, their finances when she became upset and punched him multiple times. The victim then left the residence. 

Suspicious Acts towards Female

2000 Ulloa St
The victim entered Taraval Station to report an incident which occurred after she had finished jogging and was approaching her house. The suspect, who had double parked in front of the victim’s home, approached her and made inappropriate comments about the victim’s appearance and demanded the victim’s contact information despite the victim’s multiple refusals. The suspect then made lewd gestures in the victim’s presence before the victim entered a neighbor’s house. The suspect then left the area. 

Burglary – Cited

200 West Portal Ave
Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity. The victim stated that he had recognized the suspect, who had recently stolen two iPads from the victim’s business, and observed that the suspect was suspiciously peering into multiple parked vehicles. Responding officers located the suspect and a search revealed the two stolen iPads along with an object commonly used to break windows. The suspect was cited.
