The witness reported that he had been driving and observed the suspect standing next to a MUNI bus shelter, which was on fire. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him. A computer check on the suspect revealed an arrest warrant out of San Mateo and a search located narcotics in the suspect’s possession. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and narcotics.
