The officer arrested the driver of the stolen vehicle. After transporting the driver to Taraval Station, the officer conducted a records and warrant check on the woman. The officer discovered that the woman driver’s license was suspended and there was an outstanding warrant for her arrest.The officer booked the woman for driving a stolen vehicle, driving with a suspended license, and for her outstanding warrant.

Officers responded to a battery. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met with other officers who already detained the suspects. The officers spoke to the victim who stated that the he was roommates with the suspect. Due to the suspect’s harassment, the victim asked him to move out. The suspect returned on a later date and started a verbal argument. During the argument, the suspect punched the victim’s head several times. The officer cited the suspect for battery.

An officer responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that he left his bicycle and bicycle helmet at his residence. An unknown suspect forced open the locked gate of the victim’s residence and stole the victim’s bicycle and the bicycle helmet. The suspect did not gain entry into the victim’s house.

Robbery With a Gun

Officers responded to a robbery. The officers were notified by dispatch that the suspects possessed a handgun. The victims told the officers that two unknown suspects robbed them at gunpoint as they exited their vehicles. They stated the suspects demanded their property and threatened them with a gun. Due to the fear for their life the victims complied and handed over their belongings. The suspects then fled to an unknown direction. The officers were unable to locate any surveillance of the incident.

A man came into Taraval Station to report a battery. He told the officer that he previously reported the incident to officers, but he did not want it to be documented. However, the man changed his mind and now wanted the incident to be documented. He stated that a while back he and his neighbors were in a dispute, and his neighbor physically assaulted him as a result of the argument. The officer spoke with both parties, but neither party wanted to press charges.

Officers responded to a possible fight on a Muni bus. The officers found a man that was screaming from injuries and lying on the ground. An ambulance was summoned to tend the man’s injuries. Witness told the officers that the injured man was intoxicated and uncooperative with the bus driver’s request to exit the bus. A group of unknown suspects then physically assaulted the man when he got off the bus. The officers contacted Muni to obtain footage of the incident.

The loss prevention agent stated that he observed the suspect conceal items in a bag and make no effort to pay for it as she left the store. The loss prevention also stated that he was able to detain the suspect and retrieve the stolen items. The agent then signed a citizen’s arrest against the suspect.

Officers responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. The officers met a woman who stated that she heard noises in her residence. When she went to check on the noise, she found an unknown male suspect in her house. The suspect then ran away from the residence. Nothing was observed to be stolen from the residence, however the suspect left behind his personal belongings. The officers were unable to locate the suspect, and CSI was summoned to the scene.

The victim stated that when he woke up, he noticed his car was vandalized with an unknown white liquid substance and the tires on his car were flat. The man stated that a trail of the substance led to his neighbor’s house, and that there were previous altercations between them. The surveillance footage that the man showed the officers was unable to capture the suspect’s image.

Officers in full uniform observed a woman fail to yield to a pedestrian that was already halfway through a crosswalk. The officers then conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver. A computer check revealed that the driver’s license that was expired. The driver was also unable to provide the officers with proof of insurance. The woman had a friend with a valid California Drivers license and insurance to take control on the vehicle. The officers cited the woman for not yielding to a pedestrian, driving with expired driver license, and for driving with no proof of insurance.

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance between an employee and a customer. Upon arrival at the scene, they met with an employee who stated that a lady called for a phone order. Several minutes later, two unknown suspects walked in and stated that they were there to pick up the woman’s order. Upon paying, the employee told one of the suspects he was short a few dollars. The suspect asked if he could pay the shortage later. When the employee refused, the two suspects moved to take the food without paying. The employee went to prevent them from leaving and one of the suspects began assaulting the employee before fleeing the scene.

She told the officer that her bank called her to notify her that someone tried to cash a personal check belonging to her mother, but was rejected. Her father did not give anyone permission to use his information nor did either of them live or had lived at the address provided.

The victims told the officers three suspects randomly assaulted them and fled on foot. The search for the suspects and surveillance came back negative.

The officers were unable to track the victim’s property, however the victim may be able to identify the suspect.

The officer then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, however the driver was unable to show the officer a valid California Drivers licenses. A computer query revealed that the driver was never issued a California Drivers licenses. The driver was cited for failing to dim high beams and for driving with no licenses. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
