Officers located the victim, who was bleeding from his hand and hip, who stated that he had been shot before his car was stolen from him. When questioned, the victim initially stated that he did not know who the suspect was. Later, however, the victim admitted to knowing the suspect but refused to provide further information concerning the incident or identify the suspect.
