The victim, a store employee, stated that the first suspect had entered the store and was observed removing an item of merchandise from a shelf and stealing it. The suspect then immediately fled and exited the store. The victim attempted to detain the first suspect but was prevented from doing so by a second suspect. However, the victim was successful in detaining the second suspect. Responding officers located a third suspect and after further investigation, the second and third suspect were both arrested.

The victims, pharmacy employees, reported that two suspects had entered and pushed their way into the pharmacy before forcing the victims to open the safe. One suspect then emptied the safe, which had contained prescription drugs, and both suspects fled the area with the stolen medication.
