The witness reported that he had just exited his home and observed the suspect crouched by a door. The suspect then walked away from the door, which revealed that a fire had been ignited on the sidewalk and against a building. Responding officers located the suspect and a check revealed that the suspect was on probation. The suspect was arrested.
