The witness reported that she had arrived to check on a house that was being sold and observed the suspect immediately run out of the building. The witness stated that she recognized the suspect, who had a history of trespassing in the past.

The victim reported that the suspect, who was known to him, had walked through an open door and confronted the victim about the suspect’s missing property. The suspect then accused the victim of taking the property and punched the victim before immediately fleeing from the area.
