Trespassing – Cited – Case# 210271887

Officers responded to a report of five suspects who were trespassing inside AP Giannini School. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspects, who were in a room with multiple cans of beer and paper cups. After further investigation, the suspects were cited.

Stolen Motorcycle – Arrested – Case# 210269729

48th Ave & Taraval St
Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a subject pushing a motorcycle. The officers drove around the block and observed the same subject, who no longer had the motorcycle and was walking quickly away from the officers. The officers detained the subject, located the motorcycle and made contact with the vehicle’s owner. The owner stated that he believed that the motorcycle had just recently been stolen. After further investigation, the subject was arrested.

Officers responded to neighbor’s report that the suspect had been sitting in his vehicle before running in and out of traffic and randomly blowing smoke at other people and in their faces. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. After further investigation, Methamphetamine and a glass pipe were found in the suspect’s possession. The suspect was cited.

Officers responded to the report of a known suspect, who had a history of trespassing citations, inside an empty building. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
