1600 Ocean Ave
An officer was on patrol in the area and observed the subject crouching behind a wall, inside a private parking lot, for several minutes. The subject then walked to the front of the store and started smoking a cigarette, causing smoke to enter the store. The officer detained the subject and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant out of Clear Lake. The subject was arrested.

2800 Noriega St
Officers responded to a report of gunshots being fired in the area. The witness reported that she had heard a vehicle quickly stop in front of a house and observed that there were two vehicles that were stopped nearby. The witness stated that the driver and passenger of one vehicle, the suspects, exited their car and walked towards the second vehicle before hearing several loud popping noises. The two suspects then ran back to their vehicle and drove away immediately. The second vehicle also drove away shortly afterwards. Responding officers located several fired cartridges in the area but were unable to locate victims or damage relating to the incident.
