Officers responded to a report of a burglary and arrived at the location. The victim opened the front door for the officers with the suspect also standing nearby. The victim reported that he had gone to investigate a noise downstairs and observed the suspect inside his house. The suspect then told the victim that he was being chased and needed help. The victim responded by calling the police. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
