Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim, a store employee, reported that he had retrieved a carton of cigarettes at the suspect’s request before the suspect suddenly grabbed the carton, exited the store and attempted to flee on a bike. The victim confronted the victim and the suspect responded by brandishing a knife. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
