Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that he had been cleaning his trash bin next to the suspect’s vehicle when the suspect, a neighbor, angrily yelled at him. The suspect spat at the victim before entering his vehicle and backing the vehicle into the trash bin, which then hit the victim.
