The victim reported that they had been taking a shower when they noticed the suspect, who was known to them, holding a cellphone near the shower window. Responding officers made contact with the suspect, who stated that they had been putting something out to dry on the fire escape before admitting that they also tried to take a photo while outside. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
