The victim reported that he had observed the suspect lighting fireworks and took a photo of the suspect. The victim then attempted to report the incident but the suspect punched the victim and pushed him against a wall before walking away.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect who was sleeping on a driveway. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and asked him to stand up. While standing, the officers observed that the suspect was in possession of a fillet knife. A computer check revealed that the suspect had a warrantless search. A search of the suspect located narcotics that were also in his possession. The suspect was cited.
