The victim entered Taraval Station to report an incident of robbery. The victim stated that while she was walking her dog, two suspects exited a nearby vehicle and approached her before offering her jewelry. While the suspects talked to the victim about the jewelry, a ring, they also attempted to pull off the victim’s own ring that was on her finger. After several unsuccessful tries to steal the ring, the suspects left the victim.
