The victim reported that he had been outside when the suspect, who was known to him, stopped his vehicle next to him. The suspect spoke to the victim and the victim observed that the suspect was holding a pistol in one of his hands. The suspect then drove away from the victim. Responding officers located a security video which captured the incident and further investigation is pending.
