Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that was stuck on MUNI tracks. Responding officers located the vehicle, which was traveling at a low rate of speed due to damages to the vehicle. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle immediately fled in an unsafe manner. After further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had been reported as stolen.
